Biography

As a born and bred Londoner, I love helping people get to know the City better - visitors are usually so surprised to discover how much history there is in such a small area!

I am part of a small group of guides called Six in the City. We are friends who qualified at the same time, and although we have since grown, there were originally just six of us. We enjoy working as a team and between us offer a fabulous variety of tours. The walks I offer include Slavery and the City, Extraordinary Churches, Pocket Gardens, and Puddings and Poultry which is all about the food and drink street names in the Square Mile.

You can also find me guiding at the unique Smithfield Meat Market, (the early start walk!) Billingsgate Roman Bath House, and I am part of the Garden Guides group. I am on the rota to show people around the wonderful All Hallows by the Tower, and I am also a qualified City of Westminster guide.
