Biography

Having worked in London for most of my working life, I have always found the City of London fascinating as even the most modern office blocks can reveal clues to nearly 2000 years of history that is all around us if you know where to look. I enjoy exploring the unusual and sharing this knowledge with visitors.

As a qualified City of London Green Badge guide and member of the Institute of Tourist Guiding, I delight in showing you fascinating details in some buildings that you may have walked past many times and never noticed. There are always new things to discover in the City: let me show you the hidden delights, the quirky and the unusual.

"Thank you so much for the most fascinating walk. I could not believe all the animals we saw but have never noticed before. I was also amazed to see the site of executions at the Tower - rather outside the Tower - I did not know it was there." L & J M on "All Creatures Great and Small" walk. (February 2022)
