Hello and welcome! My name is Marcus, and I’ve had the pleasure of living and working in this vibrant city of London for the past 20 years. During this time I’ve developed a deep passion for this city’s rich 2,000-year history, its diverse culture, and, of course, its incredible culinary scene.
With a background in financial services, I can bring a unique perspective on London’s fascinating evolution from a historic trading hub to a global financial services powerhouse. Beyond that I love exploring London’s hidden gems like its food markets and sharing its stories with visitors like you.

Hallo und herzlich willkommen! Mein Name ist Marcus und ich lebe und arbeite seit mehr als 20 Jahren in dieser pulsierenden Stadt London. Ursprünglich aus der Nähe von Stuttgart, Deutschland, kam ich 2002 zum Studium nach Grossbritannien und bin danach hier geblieben. Ich habe eine tiefe Leidenschaft für die faszinierende 2.000-jährige Geschichte dieser Stadt, ihre vielfältige Kultur und natürlich ihre unglaubliche kulinarische Szene entwickelt.
Mit einem Hintergrund im Finanzdienstleistungsbereich bringe ich eine einzigartige Perspektive auf die faszinierende Entwicklung Londons von einem historischen Handelszentrum zu einer globalen Finanzmacht ein. Aber auch außerhalb meiner Arbeit liebe ich es, die verborgenen Schätze Londons zu erkunden und seine Geschichten mit Besuchern wie Ihnen zu teilen.
