Before becoming a qualified City of London Green Badge Guide, I worked in the insurance industry in the Square Mile's Financial District for many years. Now retired, I would love to share my passion and knowledge of the City with you. There are 2,000 years of stories to delve into and many hidden delights I can show you whilst exploring the medieval alley ways and delightful green spaces of the City. Fantastic tour of the Barbican/Bank area of London by Jackie Jemal. Jackie is extremely knowledgeable and provided our group with lots of interesting facts, a real highlight was a visit to the Guildhall. There was ample time to take pictures, absorb all the information and to appreciate the history of the city of London. The pace of the trip was ideal, highly recommended.
What a lovely way to spend a Sunday morning and learn some fascinating facts and history about the City of London and some of the stunning architecture within it.
