Biography

I have a real passion for showing people around the streets of the City I was born in and telling them some of the amazing stories which it has to offer.

I wanted to become a tour guide from a very young age and in 2011 embarked on the training course which would allow me to qualify as a Clerkenwell & Islington Guide and follow my dream. I qualified in 2012 and a year later in 2013 qualified as a City of London Guide before adding the City of Westminster badge in 2015.

One of the best things about London is that you can stop on pretty much any street in the City and find something to talk about or see, but it takes time to drag yourself away from looking at the beaten track and either look up or down to see where the real history of London.

One of the great honours of my guiding career was to be awarded the Freedom of the City of London in April 2013 and to then join the Guild of Freemen of the City of London and subsequently the Worshipful Company of Educators..

By coming on one of my walks I genuinely believe that you can find someone who cares about London and wants you to enjoy your time in the City.
