Leadenhall Market - in celebration of Christmas

Leadenhall Market – the perfect Christmas destination, and a stunning place to visit in The City at Christmas time!

The festive season provides the perfect excuse to uncover the Christmas delights and the amazing festive tales of Leadenhall, the City’s oldest market and one of the jewels in its crown.

From its Roman roots and festivities to Dick Whittington, then onwards and upwards to the Victorian Christmas festivities as told by Dickens, to the luckiest and pluckiest goose in The City.

This is a limited - edition tour with few dates and limited tickets. Thanks to financial support from Leadenhall Market, tickets are heavily subsidised.

We try to make our walks as inclusive and accessible as possible but please note there are cobbles and a few kerbs.

We offer daily, weekly and monthly walks around the City of London

Our daily walks run from the City Information Centre, just south of St Paul's. You need to book via Eventbrite to secure you place. Note: the cut-off time for booking our daily walks is 21:00hrs the night before. If we don't have any bookings then the walk will not take place

Our weekly walks have individual booking pages and earlier cut off times, please see the individual listing.

Starting in November our two Illuminated River walks - phase 1 on Tuesdays and Phase 2 on Fridays.

Our Billingsgate Roman House and Baths limited season comes to an end in November as the site is put to bed for the winter.

Some of our walks offer concession rates: valid for over 65s and students.

All Eventbrite bookings have a booking fee.
