Biography

The City is a fascinating place, with nearly 2000 years of stories to tell.  Be it the buildings, the streets or the individuals, the City has something for everyone. 

As a former history teacher and an accredited City of London tour guide, I am excited to share my passion for the City and its history with you.

The Wonderful City of London - Are you curious about the City? Join me to discover the history behind the famous City of London from its foundation under the Romans to the modern day.

Ghosts, Gore & Other Ghastly Stories - The City of London is an historic finaicnial district, but it also has a dark side. Including crimes, murders and executions, join me to explore this side of London. If we are lucky, a ghost might even pay us a visit.

The Great Fire of London 1666 - On the 2nd September 1666, a small fire started in a bakery on Pudding Lane. By the time the fire died out four days later, 87 churches, 13,000 houses & Old St Paul’s Cathedral had been destroyed. What were the stories of those involved & did this event shape the City we see today?

Roman London - The Romans founded London nearly 2000 years ago. This tour will take you to sites such as the remains of their City wall, the once lost amphitheatre and a Temple to a mysterious God.

I recently went on a tour with Ross around the City of London and I would highly recommend doing it. Despite being a very rainy day, Ross made the tour really enjoyable for the entire group as he delivered his bit with thorough perfection and ease. It was great to learn so many interesting facts about the City of London and pick Ross' knowledge about so many different topics related to the City. It was a truly amazing experience for me and my friends. Even if someone who's not very fond of history - Ross' delivery & pitch will definitely make it very interesting for them.
