Meet in Guildhall Art Gallery
Women: Work and Power is a programme of events and activities by the City of London that examines the struggle for gender equality through the ages while celebrating a number of significant anniversaries in 2018.City Guides are also involved, running tours around the Guildhall Art Gallery and City. For more information on events in the City visit their website.
Nearly all the regular walks and tours offered on this website are just turn up and pay or free. For these walks no advanced booking is possible. There are only a few tours that need to be booked in advance (Smithfield Market, Leadenhall Market walks and Guildhall and the Roman Bath House tours) because of restricted numbers.
Note: tours run every day of the year except Christmas Day and Boxing Day. In exceptional circumstances we may not have a guide available and we'll let the City Information Centre know.
If you want a walk or lecture for a group of people, then please use our Find a Guide section.
