Weekly tours take place of Mansion House home of the Lord Mayor of the City of London, on Tuesdays at 2pm, except in August and on public holidays. The tours operate on a 'first come' basis and the maximum number is 40. It's not possible to book in advance. Meet in Walbrook (exit 8 at Bank tube station) by the A-board outside Mansion House and pay the guide. The tours last an hour and cost £7 per person (£5 concessions). Access to some parts of the House may be subject to availability.
Nearly all the regular walks and tours offered on this website are just turn up and pay or free. For these walks no advanced booking is possible. There are only a few tours that need to be booked in advance (Smithfield Market, Leadenhall Market walks and Guildhall and the Roman Bath House tours) because of restricted numbers.
If you want a walk or lecture for a group of people, then please use our Find a Guide section.
